The Sport-4S kit is a modernized modular handguard system for installation on AK and AK-based rifles with a long barrel (415 mm).

It features Basis rails on three sides for mounting additional accessories directly onto the handguard, including:

• Side Picatinny rails: B-2 (45 mm), B-2U (75 mm), B-2L (34 mm), B-2M (15 mm)
• A-1L and A-2L slingmounts
• RL-1 hand stoppers
• Grips: RK-0L, RK-1L, RK-2L, RK-4L, RK-6L
• NPN-2 Basis rail covers
• FP-3 wire holders
• Tactical switches from the "D" line

Note: The "Sport-4S" kit is incompatible with AK models and civil rifles with a short barrel length (314–350 mm). For these models, use the "Sport-1" kit.

All elements of the kit are CNC-machined and available in black or desert color coating.

In the kit:

To install the "Sport-4S" kit on the weapon:

1. Ensure the weapon is safe and perform partial disassembly. Remove the standard handguard and upper cover.
2. Install the B-10LS handguard:
   • Position it where the original lower handguard was.
   • Secure using a hammer and spacer. Do not file the part or strike directly.
3. Install the B-31LV upper handguard in place of the gas tube cover.
4. Attach the DL-2S additional rail using the included screws.
5. To enhance rigidity, connect B-10LS and DL-2S using the "Sport-4S" side bar and M5x9 screw.
6. Install the Leader hand stopper underneath to link B-10LS and DL-2S.
7. Mount the Picatinny fork and cam clamp following the provided manuals. Use a spacer and hammer if needed.
