• The item has not been altered or damaged by the customer.
• Proof of purchase (original or copy) is provided.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items customized or modified according to the customer's request.
• Consumable items if the packaging has been opened.
• Personal hygiene products and items for individual use.

2. Return Process

• The name of the item you wish to return.
• The reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval from our support team.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Shipping Cost Refund

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was damaged during shipping or sent by mistake. In such cases, the cost of return shipping will also be reimbursed.
