The B-51 rail is designed for PK, PKM, and PKP machine guns. Made of D16T aluminum alloy, it features a black or desert color coating.

The B-51 rail mounts on the receiver of the Kalashnikov machine gun by replacing the standard hinge with the hinge provided in the kit. Once installed, the B-51 forms a 19-unit Picatinny rail above the receiver, which does not interfere with the line of sight when using standard iron sights.

Installation Instructions for B-51:

1. Place the supplied hinge punch on the left side of the receiver, aligned with the standard hinge of the receiver cover. Keep it perpendicular to the weapon’s axis and parallel to the floor, then carefully hammer out the standard hinge. The hinge punch should replace the regular hinge without opening the dust cover. Do not hammer out the regular hinge without the hinge punch.
2. Position the B-51 rail over the receiver, ensuring the stops at the rear align with the rear sight cover. The side holes on the B-51 should align with the punch already installed in the receiver.
3. Insert the longer hinge from the kit on the left side into the side hole of the B-51 rail, perpendicular to the weapon axis. Carefully remove the punch, replacing it with the hinge using a hammer.
4. Place a washer on the hinge and secure it with a cotter pin, then unpin it.
5. Tighten the screw to secure the bracket to the receiver cover.

Note: All screws in the B-51 rail have a standard right-hand thread. To avoid damage, handle screws carefully, ensuring the key is fully inserted into each screw.
