The B-50 Handguard rail is designed for PK, PKM, and PKP machine guns. It creates Picatinny rails in place of the original handguard, providing mounting options for various accessories. The B-50 handguard consists of milled aluminum alloy D16T components coated in black.

It forms four Picatinny rails that allow for the attachment of collimator sights, laser designators, combined devices, LED flashlights, RK-2 grip, and other accessories. In addition to the standard installation, the grip can be mounted at a 45° angle using the B-25U rail.
