B-30U Handguard Rail is designed for AK models 103, 104, 105, 74M, 74S, AKMS, AKM, and similar models.
Only compatible with AK models with stamped receivers! It is not compatible with models that have milled receivers.
The B-30U handguard features a Picatinny rail on the bottom and smaller Picatinny rails on the sides, with additional Basis rails on both sides.

WARNING: To mount the B-30U handguard on your rifle, an upper handguard (B-31, B-31C, or B-31H) is required.
Choose the upper handguard type according to your rifle model in the "Compatibility" section.

Basis Rail Compatibility:

Basis rails are designed to lighten the handguard and allow the attachment of additional accessories:

• B-2 (45mm), B-2U (75mm), B-2L (35mm) Picatinny side rails
• A-1L and A-2L slingmounts
• RL-1 hand stoppers
• RK-0L, RK-1L, RK-2L, RK-4L, and RK-6L grips
• NPN-2 Basis rail covers
• FP-3 wire holders
• B-33 dust cover and B-22 rear sight rail

Compatible Upper Handguards:

B-30U is compatible with B-31, B-31S, and B-31N upper handguards. B-31 is only for AK models with a long barrel (415 mm).

Installation Instructions:

1. Perform an incomplete disassembly of your rifle.
2. Place the B-30U handguard rail in the position of the regular handguard.
3. Position the handguard retainer so the slingmount aligns with the B-30U opening.
4. Use a hammer and spacer to secure the handguard retainer—do not hit the handguard directly or file it.

Note: The handguard should fit very tightly! The stability of the handguard affects sight stability and shot accuracy.
