The B-21M handguard rail is designed for Vityaz-SN, Saiga-9, and TR9 Paradox.
The B-21M handguard rail forms three Picatinny rails, allowing the attachment of additional equipment to the weapon:
- Tactical flashlights
- Laser pointers
- Bipods
- B-9M and B-9AK mounts for flashlights
- A-1 slingmount
- NPN-1 Picatinny rail cover
- RK-1, RK-2, RK-4, RK-0, and RK-5 grips
- FP-1 and FP-2 wire holders
- B-19 or B-19N upper handguards
- B-22 rear sight rail

Installation Instructions:
- Perform an incomplete disassembly of the weapon and remove the regular handguard.
- Install the "B-21M handguard" in place of the regular handguard. Ensure rigid installation by:
- Installing the regular handguard retainer on B-21M
- Attaching B-21M to the receiver
- Placing a wooden or metal spacer on the handguard retainer and hammering the B-21M rail into the receiver
- Closing the lever on the handguard retainer
- Reassemble the rifle.
Note: Do not file the handguard during installation to avoid backlash at the junction of the handguard with the receiver. Proper installation ensures the stability of sights, affecting shooting accuracy.
